| 摘 要： | 随着医学模式的转变、医学伦理道德标准的提高以及患者维权意识的增强，临床实践教学资源短缺日益突出。本文分析了临床医学教育的特点和现状，围绕医学模拟教育的内涵、功能定位和突出优势，指出发展医学模拟教育对于构建和谐的临床培训环境具有重大意义。
