穴位电刺激用于人工流产镇痛的临床研究

目的探讨穴位电刺激在人工流产过程中的镇痛作用及预防或降低人工流产综合征发生的有效性。方法将120例行人工流产术的患者随机分为2组,治疗组60例应用穴位电刺激预刺激5min后改用治疗频率,同时行人工流产术。对照组60例则用传统方法行人工流产术。分别观察2组患者术中的血压(收缩压)、心率及术中、术后恶心和呕吐情况,并采用视觉模拟评分法评估患者的疼痛程度。结果2组比较,对照组心率明显低于治疗组(P<0.05),收缩压变化则无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组术中及术后恶心呕吐发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗组疼痛程度较对照组明显减轻(P<0.05)。结论穴位电刺激用于人工流产镇痛效果好,能有效降低和减轻人工流产综合征的发生率,具有安全、经济、简单的优势,值得大力推广。

Investigation of paregoric effect of acupuncture point electric stimulation on induced abortion

Objective To investigate paregoric effect and decrease of induced abortion syndrome of acupuncture point electric stimulation on induced abortion. Methods 120 cases with induce abortion were divided into two groups. Cases in control group (n=60) were carried on traditional operation of induced abortion. Cases in treatment group (n=60) were carried out operation of induced abortion at the same time treatment frequency of acupuncture point electric stimulation was implemented after 5 minutes of acupuncture point electric stimulation. Blood pressure and heart rate of patients were observed. Pain degree of patients was evaluated by visual analogue scales. Results Heart rate in control group was lower than that in treatment group (P<0.05). Development rate of nausea and vomiting in operation and post-operation in treatment group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05). Depressing pain degree in treatment group was superior to that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture point electric stimulation has good paregoric effect on induced abortion, and decrease incidence rate of induced abortion syndrome.
