环氧乙烷对小鼠脊髓神经细胞膜上嵌入蛋白质分布的影响

摘    要:目的:研究环氧乙烷对小鼠神经细胞膜上嵌入蛋白质分布的影响。方法:小鼠每天吸入环氧乙烷2h,持继2或3个月,用冰冻蚀刻电镜观察小鼠腰髓前角神经细胞膜上嵌入蛋白质的 分布。结果:随着染毒时间延长,腰髓前肴神经细胞膜上的嵌入蛋白质由分布紊乱至成簇聚集。结论:环氧乙烷能改变神经细胞膜上嵌入蛋白质的分布。

Abstract:To study effects of ethylene oxide on the distribution of inserting proteins in nerve cell membrane of mice. Methods: The mice were inhaled ethylene oxide for 2 hours every day. After 2 or 3 months, scanning electron microscope with freeze etching was used to observe the distribution of inserting proteins in nerve cell membrane of anterior horn in spinal cord of mice. Results: as the extending of inhaling time inserting proteins distribution changed from turbulence to cluster. Conclusion: Ethylene oxide can change the distribution of inserting proteins in nerve cell membrane.
