| 摘 要： | 术后肺部并发症（PPC）是病人预后的重要影响因素。术前呼吸功能不全的病人接受手术时更应全面评估和改善病人的状态。PPC原因归结于病人自身因素、手术因素和麻醉因素，不同的麻醉方式、麻醉管理、术后镇痛会在不同程度上影响病人的预后，应引起外科医生和麻醉医生的共同关注。

| Abstract: | Postoperative pulmonary complications(PPCs) account for a substantial portion of the risks related to surgery and anesthesia.PPC could result from physical fitness of patients,surgery and anesthesia.The risk may be decreased if any reversible causes can be treated in advance especially for the patients with respiratory dysfunction.Appropriate anesthetic approach,anesthetic management and postoperative analgesia should be considered according to different situation. |
