| 摘 要： | 目的 研究胃间质瘤腹腔镜手术的临床疗效，探讨腹腔镜技术在胃间质瘤（GST）治疗中的应用价值。 方法 对2009年1月至2010年11月中国医科大学附属盛京医院32例GST行腹腔镜手术治疗的临床资料进行分析，探讨腹腔镜手术的手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、进食时间、住院时间。 结果 腹腔镜 GST 手术平均时间（65.5±9.8）min，术中出血量（49.7±7.5）mL，排气时间（24.8±3.7）h，进食时间（26.8±3.4）h，住院时间（6.3±1.1）d，随访1~25个月，无复发病例。结论 GST行腹腔镜手术安全有效，具有可行性。
