儿童心理行为问题的分析

目的：了解我市儿童心理卫生现状，为预防和干预提供理论依据。方法：采用群体调查和门诊资料相结合的研究方法。结果：心理问题有年龄的差别，婴幼儿组以睡眠和语言发育障碍为主；学龄期和青少年则以行为和情绪障碍为主。小学儿童恐怖、冲动倾向最多，社交焦虑其次，以不同程度的躯体症状为主诉；心理问题的发生率为44.96％，严重率达9．75％。中学生以多动注意力缺陷和情绪障碍为多，前者男多于女，后者女多于男，发生率为51.23％。结论：儿童心理偏离呈逐年增多的趋势，发生率如此之高，需引起教育部门和社会的共同关注。加强儿童、青少年精神卫生知识的宣传和普及，提高干预和治疗水平是医务人员当务之急。

An Analysis of Psychological-behavioral Problems in Children

Objective:To study the status of children's mental health in our city.To provide theoretical support for prevention and intervention. Methods:By means of taking population census and amalysis clinical data. Results:The psychological problems were different in various age. In infant, the mainly problems are sleeping and language development disorder; but they are behavioral and moods disturbance in adolesceut. In the group of the elementary-school children, the most problems were terror and impulsive feature, and then the social anxiety with complaints of physical symptoms in different degree. The rate of psychological problems is 44.96%, the severity rate is 9.75%.The most problems among middle school students are hyperactivity and emotional disorders. Male were more than female in the former, and were contrary to the latter contrary. The rate is 51.23%. Conclusion:The psychological deviation of children had the trend to increase year by year. Educational department and society should pay more attention to the issues of the high incidence rate, and strengthen propaganda and popularization of the knowledge about mental health. Medical staff must promote the level of intervention and therapy as soon as possible.
