正交实验法优选当归补血汤提取工艺的研究

摘    要:目的优选当归补血汤的最佳提取工艺条件。方法以当归补血汤中阿魏酸含量为指标,对影响提取的重要因素A提取时间,B加水量,C提取次数进行L9(34)正交实验设计。结果最佳提取工艺为药材加12倍量水,提取两次,提取2 h/次。结论优选得到的提取工艺稳定可行。

Abstract:Objective To study the best extraction process of Tangkuei Blood-supplementing decoction.Methods Using the orthogonal design which contained 3 factors(amount of water,extracted times,extracted hour) and 3 levels to determine the content of ferulic acid as the index of evaluation.Results The optimum conditions for the extraction of ferulic acid were 12 times of water,extracted twice and each time lasted 2 hours.Conclusion The extraction process for ferulic acid from Tangkuei Blood-supplementing decoction was stable and usable.
