成本-效果分析在3种心绞痛治疗方案中的应用

为了探讨不同药物治疗方案对同一疾病所产生的经济效果，根据文献选择了74例心绞痛病人，随机分为3组，给予不同治疗方案（A：前列地尔；B：硝酸异山梨酯＋硝苯地平；C：A＋B），运用药物经济学的成本-效果分析方法进行评价，得出C方案为最佳治疗方案。通过分析说明了药物经济学在优化治疗方案、指导合理用药、提高经济效益方面具有重要作用。

Application of Cost-effect Analysis to the Evaluation of Three Therapeutic Schemes for Angina Pectoris

In order to evaluate the economic effectiveness in different pharmacotherapeutic schemes for the same disease, 74patients with angina pectoris were selected from literature reports. These patients were randomly divided into three groups whichreceived different therapeutic schemes (Atalprostadil, Btisosorbide dinitrate nifedipine, CiA B). According to the evaluation withpharmacoeconomic cost-effective analysis, C is the best scheme. The results show that pharmacoeconomics is very important inoptimizing therapeutic scheme, guiding rational drug use and increasing economic effectiveness.
