| 摘 要： | 本文采用紫外分光光度法研究了卡托普利骨架片和微丸的释放过程，结果表明骨架片的体外释放符合Higuchi方程，而微丸符合零级动力学，并分别求得了释放速度方程及释放参数。两者均达到了显著的缓释效果。

| Abstract: | The release processes of Captopril from skeleton tablets and pellets were studied with UV-spectrophotometry. Their release followed Higuchi formula and the Zero-order kinetics respectively. The release rates of both preparations were lowered significantly and the relevant parameters were obtained. |
