摘    要:本文采用高效液相色谱法,测定中药制剂双黄连粉针中黄芩甙和绿原酸含量。流动相分别是0.1mol/L磷酸二氢钾:乙酸:四氢呋喃(100:10:19)和甲醇-10%磷酸缓冲液(10:90),流速分别是0.8和1ml/min;色谱柱ERC-ODS-1161(6×100mm),柱温55℃;黄芩甙以电化学为检测器,检测电压是+650mv;绿原酸以紫外为检测器,检测波长274nm;结果:该方法的最小检测浓度分别为0.025mg/L和0.1mg/L,平均回收率分别为100.1%和100.4%,重现性好。本方法测定快速、简便、准确,适用于含黄芩甙和绿原酸的中药制剂的含量测定。

Abstract:The contents of baicaline and chlorogenic acid in Shuanghuanglian powdery injection have been determined by themethod of HPLC under following conditions:column-ERC-ODS-1161,6 × 100mm;temperature 55℃;flow phase of baicaline-0.1 mol/LKHPO,acetic acid and tetrahydrofuran(1000:100:190);flow phase of Chlorogenic acid-methanol and 10%phosphate-buffer(10:90);flowrate 0.8ml/min;volt of ECD-detecor of baicalinee-+650mv;wavelength of UV-detector of chlorogenic acid 274nm.The resultsshowed that the minimun determinable concentrations of baicaline and chlorogenic acid were 0.025mg/L and 0.1mg/Lrespectively,with an average recovery of 100.1% and 100.4% respectively.This method is highly reproducible,rapid,simple,convenient,accurate and suitable for the content determination of baicaline and chlorogenic acid in Chinese medicinal preparations.
