多层螺旋CT肾脏灌注成像的实验研究

摘    要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT灌注扫描在肾脏血流灌注中的应用及对比剂注射流率对灌注参数的影响.方法健康家兔36只随机分成A、B、C三组,对比剂量为2 ml/kg(300 mgI/ml),注射流率三组分别为1 ml/s,2 ml/s,3 ml/s.对肾脏灌注扫描后获得的灌注参数进行定量分析.结果A组和B组之间,B组和C组之问各项灌注参数无显著差异(P>0.05);A组和C组之间各项灌注参数有显著差异(P<0.05).肾脏皮质和髓质的灌注参数明显不同(P<0.05).结论多层螺旋CT可对肾脏组织血流灌注进行定量分析,但注射流率影响灌注数值.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the application of multi-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging in the kidney and the influence of various injection rate on perfusion parameters. Methods Thirty-six health rabbits were randomly divided into three groups (A, B, C), the dose of contrast agent were 2 ml/kg (300 mgI/ml ), the injection flow rate in each group were 1ml/s, 2ml/s, and 3ml/s respectively to make a quantitative analysis for the parameter of renal perfusion imaging. Results Every perfusion parameter was no significant difference not only between group A and group B, but also between group B and group C (P> 0.05 ), but there was a significant difference between group A and group C (P<0.05). Perfusion parameters were significant difference in cortex and medulla of the same kidney (P<0.05). Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT can provide quantitative analysis to renal blood perfusion, but injection flow rate influence the perfusion parameters.
