Build up the scientific viewpoint of development to promote the higher education

In terms of ideological connotation,the scientific viewpoint of development in higher education includes three aspects: the perspective of values about sustainable development of higher education,the perspective of harmonious development of higher education,and the perspective of talented personnel concerning the overall development of higher education. In the strategic choices,this paper points out that the development of higher education should take the road of combining connotation with extension,combining giving attention to both quality and quantity with giving priority to quality,combining increasing investment with enhancing benefit,combining the scientific viewpoint of development with the scientific perspective of talented personnel,and combining optimizing educational structure with the need of social progress.
