Constructing a training system for TCM postgraduates to meet the needs of the new era:Taking Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example

With the continuous advancement of the socialist construction with Chinese characteristics, the cause of traditional Chinese medicine TCM and postgraduate education have entered a new stage. TCM postgraduate education is now facing both challenges and opportunities. How to make further improvement on the basis of the past achievements and better fit the overall needs of socialist construction in the new era is the main theme of the reform. Beijing University of Chinese Medicine has put forward a series of thoughts and explorations from the following aspects: implementing all-process moral education by curriculum-based ideological and political education, stimulating students’ innovative potential guided by prominent TCM doctors, constructing integrative courses by breaking through administritive barriers, and reforming teaching methods by utilizing cutting-edge innovation.
