Meta-Analysis of the Effect of Community Nursing Intervention on Elderly Hypertensive Patients

OBJECTIVE To systematically evaluate the effect of community nursing intervention in elderly hypertensive patients.METHODS Search the database and according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the literature related to the community nursing intervention randomized controlled experiment of elderly hypertension was included in the study and the literature that met the selection criteria was screened.The Review Manager 5.4 software was used for analysis.RESULTS A total of 10 studies were included,with a total of 1234 subjects,including 609 cases in the intervention group and 625 cases in the control group.Meta-analysis results showed that 6 studies indicate that community nursing intervention was better than the control group in terms of hypertension control;6 studies indicate that community care intervention was better than the control group in terms of treatment satisfaction rate;9 studies indicated that community care intervention was better than the control group in terms of treatment satisfaction rate It was better than the control group in terms of compliance rate.CONCLUSION Compared with conventional nursing,community nursing intervention could improve the treatment of elderly hypertensive patients more effectively.Intervention measures such as diet,psychology and exercise could help control the blood pressure of patients and improve the quality of life.
