2010-2019年安顺市15~24岁青少年HIV/AIDS患者特征分析

目的:分析2010—2019年贵州省安顺市15~24岁青少年HIV/AIDS患者特征,为制定防控措施提供科学依据。方法:统计中国艾滋病综合防治信息系统中贵州省安顺市2015—2019年15~24岁青少年HIV/AIDS患者信息,分析该人群流行病学特征,采用χ²检验和趋势χ²检验对其进行分析研究。结果:安顺市2015—2019年15~24岁青少年HIV/AIDS患者共计323例,男性占65.02%,女性占34.98%;初中及以下文化程度占66.56%。非学生患者感染人数较学生患者多,占88.24%;主要以异性性行为感染为主,占70.59%。学生患者和非学生患者在性别、年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、感染途径、性病史方面的差异均有统计学意义(χ²值分别为:11.372、13.510、10.441、-5.214、38.920、8.974,P<0.05)。结论:2015—2019年安顺市15~24岁青少年HIV/AIDS患者以非学生患者为主,异性性行为感染是主要感染途径,应针对校内和校外青少年特征采取相应的防控措施。

Characteristics of HIV/AIDS Patients among Adolescents Aged at 15~24 in Anshun from 2010 to 2019

OBJECTIVE To analyze the characteristics of HIV/AIDS patients among adolescents aged at 15~24 in Anshun,Guizhou province from 2010 to 2019,and to provide scientific basis for formulating prevention and control measures for the population.METHODS The information of HIV/AIDS patients in 15~24 years old adolescents in Anshun,Guizhou province was collected and analyzed in the 2015—2019 years of AIDS comprehensive prevention information system in China.Epidemiological characteristics of the population were analyzed,andχ² test and trendχ² were used to analyze the data.RESULTS There were 323 HIV/AIDS patients among adolescents aged at 15~24 years in Anshun from 2015 to 2019;male accounted for 65.02%;female accounted for 34.98%;junior middle school and below education level accounted for 66.56%,and the number of non student patients infected was more than that of student patients,accounting for 88.24%,mainly heterosexual sexual infection,accounting for 70.59%.There were significant differences in gender,age,marital status,education level,route of infection and history of sexually transmitted diseases between student patients and non student patients(χ²=11.372,13.510,10.441,-5.214,38.920,8.974,P<0.05).CONCLUSION The HIV/AIDS patients of adolescents aged at 15~24 years in Anshun from 2015 to 2019 were mainly non student patients,heterosexual sexual infection was the main route of infection,and the student patients were mainly male behavior people.Corresponding prevention and control measures should be taken according to the characteristics of adolescents inside and outside school.
