岳阳市育龄妇女孕前保健现状分析

目的：掌握岳阳市育龄妇女孕前保健及需求情况。方法：选取2020年10月1日—2021年3月31日自愿通过线上问卷链接参与孕前保健调查的岳阳市户籍孕产妇2 398名为调查对象。采用线上问卷及线上一对一访谈的方式进行调查。结果：2 398名调查对象的孕前健康检查参与率为57.34%，孕前保健宣传教育参与率为34.86%。文化程度、职业、经济收入、是否有胚胎停育史、是否有3次及以上流产史、是否参与过孕前保健的宣传教育活动或课程均是育龄妇女孕前健康检查参与情况的影响因素，差异均有统计学意义（χ2值分别为53.81、26.10、11.69、21.65、20.92和4.55,P值均<0.05）。孕前保健知识知晓情况中，补充叶酸的目的是预防神经管畸形的知晓率最高（93.29%），至少在计划受孕前3～6个月戒烟戒酒的知晓率最低（32.57%）。结论：岳阳市孕前优生健康检查知识知晓率及参与率仍然较低，宣传力度欠佳，可以通过多形式、多途径和多载体的健康宣传，提高岳阳市育龄妇女的孕前保健知识知晓率和孕前优生健康检查参与率。

Analysis on the Current Situation of Progestational Health Care of Fertile Women in Yueyang

OBJECTIVE To explore current situation and requirement of progestational health care of fertile women in Yueyang.METHODS2398 cases of pregnant and puerpera in Yueyang who voluntarily participated in the progestational health survey through online questionnaire link,which were collected by maternal and child health centers of different counties and urban areas from October 1,2020 to March 31,2021,were selected as respondent.Online questionnaire and online one-to-one interview were used to investigate the status quo,then the current situation and requirement of progestational health care was analyzed for respondents.RESULTS The participation rateof 2398 cases of pre-pregnancy health examination was 57.34%,and the participation rate of pre-pregnancy health publicity and education was 34.86%.Education level and economic income and history of embryo interruption and history of abortion for 3 or more times and participation in pre-pregnancy health education activities or attending classes were all influencing factors of participation in pre-pregnancy health examination of women of childbearing age,and the differences were statistically significant(χ²=3.81,26.10,11.69,21.65,20.92,4.55,P<0.05).Among the knowledge of pre-pregnancy health care,the highest awareness rate of folic acid supplementation to prevent neural tube defects was 93.29%.The lowest was knowledge of quitting smoking and drinking at least 3 to 6 months before planned conception(32.57%).CONCLUSION The knowledge awareness rate and participation rate of pre-pregnancy healthy birth health examination in Yueyang were still low,and the publicity intensity was not good.It was possible to improve the knowledge rate of pre-pregnancy health care knowledge and participation rate of pre-pregnancy healthy birth health examination among women of childbearing age in Yueyang region through multi-form,multi-way and multi-carrier health publicity.
