| 人文关怀护理应用于CT增强扫描检查患者中的效果研究 |

| 摘 要： | 目的分析人文关怀护理应用于CT增强扫描检查患者中的效果。方法选取2018年5月至2019年7月在本院行CT增强扫描检查患者86例,使用随机数字表发分为观察组、对照组均43例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以人文关怀护理干预,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果治疗后两组SAS评分都有所改善,且观察组改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护理后总满意率优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组不良反应发生率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀护理应用于CT增强扫描检查患者中的效果显著,值得临床应用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the effect of humanistic care in patients with CT enhanced scanning.Methods:86 patients were selected from May 2018 to July 2019 CT enhanced scanning.Using random numbers,43 cases were divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given routine care.The observation group received humanistic care and nursing intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:Both groups had improved SAS scores after treatment.And the improvement effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the total satisfaction rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Adverse effects of observation group Compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanistic care in patients with CT enhanced scanning is effective of clinical application. |
