摘    要:目的基于大数据,以"被动监测、主动预防、大数据感知"为理念构建适用于医院真实场景下的传染病实时监控及预警系统,描述系统建设背景、整体架构、技术路径、主要功能和实施成效。方法通过开发传染病实时监控及预警系统实现对已知传染病的监测上报,对未知传染病的监测预警、趋势提醒。结果将传统单样本上报的被动监测系统转变为主动监测、大数据智能分析、态势感知异常与多点触发的全方位防控体系。结论结合人工智能等新技术将传染病管理集成、实时共享、动态追踪和可视化展示融入到医院的传染病预警防控中,提升传染病防控、突发传染病事件应急处置能力,为疾病控制、趋势分析、预警和防控策略的制定提供了科学支撑和智能解决方案。

Research of Infectious Disease Early Warning System in Real Scene of Hospital-Based on Big Data

Abstract:Objective Based on big data,with the concept of“passive monitoring,active prevention,and big data perception”,a real-time monitoring and early warning system for infectious diseases suitable for real hospital scenarios is constructed,and the system construction background,system architecture,and technical path are described,and briefly describes the main functions and effects of the system.Methods Through the development of real-time monitoring and early warning system of infectious diseases,the monitoring and reporting of known infectious diseases,the monitoring and early warning of unknown infectious diseases and the trend reminder can be realized.Results The traditional passive monitoring system of single sample reporting is transformed into an all-around prevention and control system of active monitoring,big data intelligent analysis,situation awareness anomaly and multi-point triggering.Conclusion Combined with AI and other new technologies,the integration,real-time sharing,dynamic tracking and visualization of infectious disease management are integrated into the early warning and prevention of infectious diseases in the hospital,to improve the ability of infectious disease prevention and control and emergency disposal of sudden infectious disease events and provide scientific support and intelligent solutions for the formulation of disease control,trend analysis,early warning and prevention and control strategies.
