The clinical effect of perioperative nursing in uterine prolapse round ligament suspension

Objective:To study and analyze the perioperative nursing measures of uterine prolapse ligament suspension.Methods:eighty-two patients with uterine prolapse admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to March 2020 were selected as study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.All patients were treated with circular ligament suspension,patients in the control group received routine nursing measures in the perioperative period,and nursing intervention was increased in the observation group on the basis of routine nursing of patients in the control group in the perioperative period.After nursing,patients in the two groups were compared in terms of anxiety,depression,hospital stay,operation time,complications and satisfaction with nursing work.Results:After nursing,the scores of anxiety(36.32±2.67)points,depression(35.57±2.73)points,hospital stay(5.66±3.57)d and operation time(2.43±0.7)h in the observation group were all better than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the control group was 14.6%,which was significantly higher than that in the observation group(4.9%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction with nursing work of patients in the observation group was 97.6%,significantly higher than 82.9%of patients in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative correct and reasonable nursing measures in the round ligament suspension in the treatment of patients with uterine prolapse is of great significance,not only can effectively improve the patients'anxiety,depression and other adverse conditions,shorten hospitalization time,to a certain extent,alleviate the patients'economic burden,also can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications patients,to further improve the life treatment,making patients more satisfied with the recognition of nursing work,worthy of popularization and application.
