| 摘 要： | 本文综述了心肌梗死患者再灌注治疗后心肌灌注的造影评价方法,包括TIMI血流分级、TIMI计帧分级、心肌灌注分级和冠状动脉内多普勒导丝技术。上述几种方法的各有优势和局限性,其中心肌灌注分级可半定量、客观地评价心肌灌注,能够很好地预示急性心肌梗死患者再灌注治疗后左心室功能的恢复及未来心脏事件的发生情况,提高了心肌灌注评价的敏感性及准确性。
