| 摘 要： | 目的 通过对分化型甲状腺癌的死亡因素的研究，了解分化型甲状腺癌的高危因素。方法 回顾分析自我院1995年1月2002年12月治疗152例分化型甲状腺癌患者的临床资料，并对全部患者进行随访，对导致分化型甲状腺癌死亡的相关因素进行统计分析。结果 其中死亡有15例，死亡率为9．87％，局部肿瘤未控，远处转移，合并其它癌瘤是甲状腺癌死亡的主要因素。结论 对于临床判断分化型甲状腺癌的预后及选择治疗方案和干预措施具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:Studying the lethal factors of differenfiated thyroid carcinoma,we knowed which factors were more dangerous.Methods:Analyzed the clinical data of 152 patients in our hospital from Jan 1995 to Dec 2002.Result:Of them 15 patients were dead and the mortality was 9.87%.tumor local aggression and distant metastasis and complicating other cancers were the main lethal factors of differentiated thyroid carcinoma.Conclusion:It is high significant for us to judge the prognosis of differentiated thyroid carcinoma,it can help us select the therapy methods and interefer it. |
