| 摘 要： | 本文总结近10年来开颅术后继发血肿诊断、治疗的经验．继发颅内血肿是开颅术后严重的并发症之一．如能及时发现，早期处理能提高疗效．开颅术后应严密观察病情变化，及时行CT检查、早期诊断和处理．本组手术治疗25例，保守治疗4例，无死亡，中残一例．

Occurrence of Postcraniotomy Intracranial Hematoma |

| Abstract: | Postcraniotomy intracranial hematoma is one of severe complication after intracranialoperation. The treatment effectiveness was increased by on time diagnosis and management ofintracranial hematoma. Careful observation was done and CT-scan was performed in postoperativedeteriorating patients. Among the 29 patients, operation was undergone in 25 cases and nonoperation in4 cases. The mortality was 0%. |
