脓毒症患儿血清清蛋白水平与循环功能及预后的关系

目的探讨脓毒症患儿血清清蛋白水平与循环功能及预后的关系。方法回顾性分析自2002年12月～2006年12月ICU病房收治符合脓毒症诊断标准患儿92例的资料,检测其血清清蛋白水平,将其分为正常组（35～50g/L）及清蛋白下降组（〈35g/L）,比较二组患儿循环功能及预后。结果清蛋白水平下降组36例,出现循环功能障碍者23例（63.89%）,死亡15例（41.67%）;清蛋白正常组56例,出现循环功能障碍20例（35.71%）,死亡8例（14.29%）。清蛋白下降组循环功能障碍发生率及病死率明显高于清蛋白水平正常组,二者具有显著性差异。结论脓毒症患儿血清清蛋白水平与循环功能及预后有关,清蛋白水平越低,循环功能障碍的发生率越高,预后越差。

Relationship of Serum Albumin and Circulation Function and Prognosis of Septic Children

Objective To investigate the relationship of serum albumin and circulation function and the prognosis of septic children.Met-hods A retrospective study was carried out on 92 septic children.These children were divided into 2 groups by the level of serum albumin:hypoalbuminemia group(albumin <35 g/L)and albumin-normalled group(albumin:35-50 g/L).The circulation function and the prognosis of both groups were analyzed.Results Compared with albumin-normal group[20/56(35.71%)with dysfunction of circulation,and 8/56(14.29%)died],there were 23/36 cases(63.89%)with dysfunction of circulation and 15/36(41.67%)died in hypoalbuminemia group.Signifiant difference was found between 2 groups.Conclusion The level of serum albumin is related with the circulation function and the prognosis of septic children.
