摘    要:近年来通过胚胎晶状体的显微操作技术,人们发现有一系列生长因子在晶状体发育的不同阶段表达并发挥重要功能.不同生长因子间通过相互作用,维持着晶状体正常发育所需的平衡状态,一旦生长因子间平衡状态被打破,会引起严重的病理改变.现回顾近年来国内外对晶状体发育相关生长因子的研究成果,按生长因子作用部位总结晶状体正常发育相关生长因子的调控网络,为白内障发病机制、体内外晶状体再生培养和靶向药物的精准治疗提供参考.

Abstract:Recent approaches utilizing tissue manipulations in developing embryonic lenses have revealed that,a host of growth factors were expressed and even played major roles in different stages of lens development.The balanced status,which is essential for the lens normal development,was maintained by complex interactions between different growth factors,or may cause pathological changes if the balanced status breaks updown.This paper reviews the latest research findings about the growth factors needed for lens development.The growth factor regulatory network,which plays an indispensable role in maintaining lens development,is summarized in this review,based on the targeted areas.This will provide a aparadigm for the mechanisms study of cataract and lens regeneration in in vivo culture as well as the precision therapy using targeted medicine.
