厦门育龄妇女分娩时期的生殖健康状况趋势分析

目的:以促进优生优育和生殖健康。方法:采取整群抽样方法。结果:对2004年10月~2005年1月200例分娩妇女病例统计分析发现:平均分娩年龄29.9岁。第1胎分娩为188例,占94.0%,2胎12例,占6.0%。其中顺产137例,占68.5%,生产前选择顺产的妇女176例,占88.0%;剖腹产63例,占31.5%,产前选择剖腹产妇女24例,占12.0%。孕前未婚者17例,占8.5%;孕次分析101例,占50.5%为第1次妊娠;99例(占49.5%)曾有2~6次的妊娠史。产前有非意愿妊娠终止史的92例,占46.0%。其中对有人工流产史的妇女分析39例,占19.5%有过1次人流史,21例(占10.5%)有过2次人流史,有5%的妇女曾有3~6次人流史;有13.5%的产妇有1~2次药物流产史;有1.5%有过中期引产史。出生男女性别比为1.15∶1,新生儿出生平均体重为3 307.21 g。结论:实行计划生育,稳定低生育水平,提高出生人口素质是我们工作的重点。

Analysis on reproductive health status in delivery of the women in Xiamen

Objective:To improve women's reproductive health,promote healthy birth and decrease birth defect.Methods:200 antepartum women were analyzed from Oct 2004 to Jan 2005.Results:The mean age of labor was 29.9 years old.188 women had their first labor(94.0%) and 12 women had the second labor(6%).Among the 200 cases,137 women given birth by natural delivery(68.5%) and 63 women chose Caesarean section(31.5%).But before delivery,we investigated these women's opinion on which methods they would like to take during delivery and the result showed that 176 women(88.0%) wanted to choose natural delivery;24 women(12%) wanted to choose Caesarean section to give birth.There were 17 women(8.5%) got pregnant before married or unmarried.We also found out that 101 women(50.5%) were pregnant for the first time;while 99 women(49.5%) had 2-6 pregnancy histories.Before delivery,92 women(46.0%) had the experience to terminate unwanted pregnancy.Among the women who had induced abortion history,39 women(19.5%) had once,21 women(10.5%) had twice,5% of total women had 3~6 times.Furthermore,13.5% women of total had 1~2 times of drug abortion history and 1.5% had experienced a mid-term induction of labor.Sex ratio of newborn was 1.15∶1.The mean weight of birth was 3 307.21 g.Conclusion:It is important for us to carry out family-planning,to stabilize lower birth level and to raise birth quality.
