| 摘 要： | 双泛素属于泛素相关蛋白,由两个泛素样部分前后融合而成,是p53基因的一个下游靶点,与人纺锤体聚集检测点蛋白(MAD2)非共价结合导致染色体不稳定,与许多肿瘤的发生密切相关。以下仅就双泛素的结构、分子生物学功能及其与p53基因、MAD2蛋白和肿瘤发生的关系作一综述,为肿瘤的发生及治疗开辟新的思路。

| Abstract: | Diubiquitin(FAT10) belongs to ubiquitin associated protein,which is fused by two ubiquitin-like parts in tantom as well as the downstream target of P53 gene. It can resulting in chromosome unstability by non-covalent bonding with MAD2,which is closely related to tumor genesis.This article reviews ubiquitin about its structure,molecular biological function and its relationship with P53 gene,MAD2 and tumor genesis,which will provide a new idea for the study of tumor genesis and prevention. |
