| 摘 要： | 目的:观察健儿强身膏对支气管哮喘豚鼠模型肺组织病理的影响。方法:采用卵蛋白(OVA)致敏法制备豚鼠哮喘模型,将豚鼠随机分为6组,即空白对照组、模型组、阳性对照组、中药(高、中、低)3个剂量组,分别观察各组引喘潜伏期(T)、支气管和肺组织的病理及超微结构变化。结果:健儿强身膏3个剂量组均能延长豚鼠哮喘诱发潜伏期,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药各剂量组上气道炎症及肺组织病理症状与模型组相比均有不同程度改善,其作用与剂量呈相关性,效果与地塞米松相似。结论:健儿强身膏能有效降低肺组织炎性细胞浸润,改善肺组织的病理学变化。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of Jianerqiangshen electuary on bronchial tube and pulmonary morphology of asthmatic guinea pigs. Methods: The asthmatic guinea pig model was established with the ovalbumin (OVA) challenge methods.
