腹腔注射重组人表皮生长因子对多脏器功能障碍综合征小鼠死亡率的影响

摘    要:目的研究重组人表皮生长因子(human recombinant epidermal growth factor,hrEGF)对硫代乙酰胺(thioacetamide,TAA)诱导的多脏器功能障碍综合征小鼠的保护作用。方法采用硫代乙酰胺造成小鼠化学性多脏器功能障碍综合征,观察重组人表皮生长因子的保护作用。结果小鼠腹腔注射重组人表皮生长因子能明显降低硫代乙酰胺所致多脏器功能障碍综合征小鼠死亡率,并可显著改善小鼠肝损伤病变程度。结论重组人表皮生长因子对硫代乙酰胺所致小鼠多脏器功能障碍综合征具有保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the protection effect of human recombinant epidermal growth factor(hrEGF) on multiple organs dysfunction syndromes(MODS) mice induced by thioacetamide(TAA).Methods Multiple organs dysfunction syndromes mice model were induced by the noxious agent thioacetamide(TAA)in order to examined its potential beneficial effect in protecting.Results Mortality was reduced by hrEGF intraperitoneal injection and the change in liver histology was modified.Conclusion EGF may be a novel approach for the prevention and treatment of multiple organs dysfunction syndromes.
