| 摘 要： | 目的:研究腹腔镜下子宫腺肌病病灶切除术及宫骶韧带切断术治疗子宫腺肌病引起疼痛的效果。方法:2004年4月~2005年8月对北大医院13例子宫腺肌病患者行腹腔镜下子宫腺肌病病灶切除加宫骶韧带切断术,随访术后病人的痛经缓解情况,月经量、腹痛、性交痛情况进行对比研究。结果:术前13例患者痛经均消失或者明显减轻,术后重度痛经的发生率明显低于术前,术前6例合并慢性腹痛患者,术后亦得到减轻。随访最长为15月。无明显复发。结论:腹腔镜下宫骶韧带切断术治疗子宫腺肌病可以明显改善症状。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of laparoscopic cytoreduction of adenomyosis and laparoscopic uterus nerve ablation in the treatment of adenomyosis.Methods:15 patients with adenomyosis in this hospital from May 2004 to August 2005 which received adenomyosis cytoreduction plus uterosacral ligament amputation were selected.Operation condition,effectiveness of releasing pain,postoperation follow-up were investigated.Results:After 3~15 months' observation,these patients got great alleviation from severe dysmenorrhea and chronic abdominal pain.Conclusion:Laparoscopic cytoreduction of adenomyosis and laparoscopic uterus nerve ablation is effective in the treatment of young patients suffering from adenomyosis. |
