负压抽吸术治疗腋臭的疗效评价与病理学观察

摘    要:目的:分析负压抽吸术治疗腋臭的方法与疗效。方法:2009年5月~2010年4月应用负压抽吸术治疗16例腋臭患者,对治疗效果进行量化评价,对术中获取的组织标本进行病理学观察。结果:16例患者切口均一期愈合,无血肿形成,无皮肤坏死;组织标本病理学观察证实抽吸物中含有大量的大汗腺。15例患者术后随访3个月,治疗有效率为50%~100%,平均91.1%。结论:负压抽吸术治疗腋臭具有微创、有效、术后并发症少等优点。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the liposuction-curettage therapy for axillary bromhidrosis.Methods 16 cases with axillary bromhidrosis were treated with liposuction-curettage therapy since May 2009 to April 2010. Tneatment effects for each patient was evaluated quantitatively and the tissue specimens from operation were observed using pathologicaltechnique. Results Every patient was first wound healing stage, without hematoma and skin necrosis. Pathological observation of tissue specimen confirmed large amount sweat glands among tissue specimens. 15 patients were followed-up for 3 months. Treatment effects were from 50% to 100% and the average was 91.1%. Conclusion The liposuction-curettage therapy for axillary bromhidrosis has such advantages as minimal invasion, high efficiency andless complications.
