九一升白口服液在^131I治疗伴WBC减少Graves病的应用

目的评价九一升白口服液在^131I治疗伴WBC减少Graves病（GD）患者的临床安全性及治疗效果。方法GD伴WBC减少（外周血WBC〈4.0×10^9/L）患者97例,根据运用升高WBC药物不同随机分为2组：治疗组给予九一升白口服液＋^131I,对照组给予鲨肝醇、维生素B4和利血生＋^131I;根据甲状腺大小、最高摄^131I率、甲状腺功能亢进症（简称甲亢）病程及年龄,常规方法确定^131I治疗剂量;治疗后定期复查外周血象和甲状腺功能,随访6～12个月。结果97例患者^131I治疗后甲状腺功能恢复正常70例,功能改善15例,功能减退8例,无效4例。患者外周血WBC较治疗前增加,各组治疗前后WBC差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,但治疗组较对照组回升快而明显（P〈0.05）。结论九一升白口服液在^131I治疗伴WBC减少GD安全、有效,九一升白口服液是一种较理想的升高WBC的治疗药物。

Effects of 91-WBC Increasing Drinks on Leukopenia in Graves Disease Patients Received 131I Therapy

Objective To evaluate clinical safety and effects of 91-WBC increasing drinks on the leukopenia in Graves disease （GD） patients received ^131I therapy. Methods 97 GD patients with leukopenia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, ^131I and 91-WBC increasing drinks were administrated to the treatment group;batiolum,VitB4 and leucogen to control group. The dose of ^131I were determined according to thyroid volume, the highest ^131I uptake rate of thyroid, hyperthyroidism course and patients age. Thyroid function and periphery hemogram of the treated patients were regularly rechecked and the follow up was 6 - 12 months. Results Among 97 patients, the function of thyroid was recovered in 70 cases,improved in 15 cases, decreased in 8 cases and ineffective in 4 cases. There was significant difference in WBC counts before and after the treatment（P 〈 0.05 ）. Periphery WBC counts of treat group increased more than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions 91-WBC increasing drinks combined with ^131I were safe and effective for GD patients with leukopenia. 91-WBC increasing drinks can increase WBC obviously.
