| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨2型糖尿病（DM）合并脑梗死的危险因素。方法：对2型DM合并脑梗死组与非脑梗死组的临床资料及各项测量指标进行比较，并应用多因素Logistic回归分析2型糖尿病发生脑梗死的危险因素。结果：空腹血糖、体重指数、甘油三酯、高血压、血尿酸5个因素与2型糖尿病脑梗死发生有关。结论：为了防止2型DM脑梗死发生，必须早期注意血糖、血压、甘油三脂及体重指数控制。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the risk factors of cerebral infarction in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: The clinical data and measurement indexes were evaluated and compared in type 2 diabetics with and without cerebral infarction. The risk factors were analysed with multiple Logistic regression. Results: Fasting plasma glucose, body mass index, triglycerides, hypertension, and uric acid were found correlated with cerebral infarction in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Conclusion: To prevent cerebral infarction in type 2 diabetes mellitus, the plasma glucose, hypertension, triglycerides and baly mass index with diabetes mellitus should be controlled as early as possible. |
