贫困地区乡镇卫生院抗生素使用情况分析

通过对秦巴卫生项目覆盖区之一的仪陇县义路镇卫生院近3年抗生素使用情况进行分析．结果显示：项目开展前后抗生素的使用存在着较大差别，门诊和住院处方使用抗生素量逐年下降，联合使用抗生素的比例也在下降；从单病种使用抗生素来看．2005年较2003年大量并且多使用两联及以上抗生素的情况有较大改善。说明秦巴卫生项目的实施提高了乡镇卫生院医务人员合理用药水平。但抗生素的使用率和联合用药的标准仍然高于一般水平。因此，提出相关建议，以促进乡镇卫生院规范使用抗生素。

Analysis on Antibiotics Application in the Township Hospitals in Rural Poverty Areas

Analysis on antibiotics application in the last three years in Yilu township hospital of Yilong County which is one of Qinba Health Project. The results show that there exit bigger different in application of antibiotics before after the project.The rate of using antibiotics and drug combination of clinic service and house formula decreased year by year. Meanwhile, from simple disease using antibiotics, the application of antibiotics in 2005 had apparent improvement than in 2003. These show that the practice of Qinba Health Project the level of rational administration to medical staff in township hospital. But the rate of using antibiotics and drug combination was still higher than average, in order to control these problems, some suggestions are made to promote the rational use antibiotics in township hospital.
