乳猪肝制备肝水解肽的工艺研究

目的以乳猪肝为原料制备肝水解肽，分析产品活性。方法应用酶水解／超滤法提纯制备肝水解肽，采用Folin-酚法、四氮甲唑蓝（MTT）法测定含量及活性，并与成年动物肝脏对比。结果乳猪肝组收率明显高于成年动物肝组，产品活性与后者的比较，极显著性差异。结论采用乳猪肝制备肝水解肽，产品的生物活性高，收率好，具有一定的应用价值？

Study of New Technology on Preparation of Heparolysate from Porcine Hepatocytes

Objective To extract heparolysate from porcine hepatocytes and to analyse the activity of the extracted heparolysate by comparing with the extraction from adult animal liver, Methods Heparolysate was extracted and purified using enzymatic hydrolysis/uhrafiher technolog＇y, The content and activity of heparolysate were assayed by Folin- phenol method and MTr method. Results The yield of heparolysate extracted from porcine hepatocytes was much more than that from the adult animal liver, and the activity was significantly different compared with the latter, Conclusion Heparolysate, extracted from porcine hepatocytes, possesses high activity and yield, This method has the definite applicable values.
