当前，在临床实践教学过程中，客观存在着临床带教老师履行带教义务与侵犯患者自主权的矛盾，医学生实践成才与侵犯患者隐私权的矛盾，这无疑给临床实践教学带来函 许多问题，为了维护患者的自主权，隐私权，有利于临床实践教学，防范医疗纠纷，必须完善医患权利和临床实践教学的法律、法规。

Law Thoughts of Clinical Practice Teaching

Nowadays,there objectively existed the contradictions between the teaching duty of faculty and the invasion of the patents' self-determination right,and the contradictiions between the growth of medical students in practice and the invasion of the patients' privacy right in the process of clinical practice teaching.these has brought about many problems to clinical practice teaching no doubt.in order to safe guard the patients' self-determination and privacy right,and to be beneficial to the smooth operatioin of the clinical practice teaching,it's necessary to complete the laws and the rules in doctor-parient right and clinical practice teaching.
