超声乳化术联合人工晶体植入的临床分析

目的 :为探讨白内障超声乳化术的治疗效果和手术技巧 ,对小切口白内障超声乳化术联合后房型人工晶体植入的手术结果进行回顾性总结。方法 :随机选择白内障 60例 (67眼 )进行上述手术 ,对术后视力、角膜曲率、常见手术并发症等进行分析。结果 :术后 1周裸眼视力≥ 0 .5者 54眼 (80 .6% ) ,术后 2月裸眼视力≥ 0 .5者 60眼 (89.6% )。角膜曲率测量表明术后角膜屈光力与术前比较 ,差异无显著性 (t=1 .994,P>0 .0 5)。后囊膜破裂 7眼 (1 0 .4% ) ,虹膜损伤6眼 (9% ) ,角膜内皮水肿 1 9眼 (2 8.4% )。结论 :合适的手术切口、充分扩瞳及水分离、保持后囊膜完整、低能量超声、相对高负压是减少手术损伤和术后角膜散光 ,避免并发症 ,提高术后视力的有效措施

Clinical Analysis on Phacoemulsification and Intraocular Lens Implantation

Objective:To investigate the effect of phacoemulsification (phaco) for cataract and surgery skills.Methods:Phaco and posterior chamber intraocular lens (IOL) implantation was randomly performed on 67 eyes with cataract of 60 cases.The results of the post operative vision and the complication were analyzed.Results:The uncorrected vision in 54 eyes (80.6%) was 0.5 or better by the 7th post operation day.The visual acuity in 60 eyes (89.6%) was 0.5 or better after two months of operation.The complication of surgery included:posterior capsular bursting in seven eyes (1 04%),iris injuring in 6 eyes (9.0%) and corneal endothelial edema in 19 eyes (28.4%),preoperative and postoperative keratometer examination indicated no significent difference of corneal refractive power( t=1.994,P>0.05 ).Conclusions:It is a effective measure for decreasing injury and post operative corneal astigmatism,avoiding the complication,increasing post operative vision that proper incision,well mydriasis and hydrodissection,complete posterior capsule,low energy ultrasonic and relative high vacunm.
