活血化瘀法在治疗手部皲裂角化性湿疹中的应用

目的观察活血化瘀法治疗手部皲裂角化性湿疹的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分为A、B两组，A组用自拟中药外洗浸泡双手，2次／d，同时于泡手后外用糠酸莫米松乳膏1次／d和尿素霜2—3次／d，B组外用糠酸莫米松乳膏1次／d和尿素霜2～3次／d，分别在治疗第7、14天和第28天观察其疗效，并在第28天治疗后对其临床有效率进行总结。结果两组患者在治疗前和治疗第7天评分经统计学比较无明显差异（P〉0．05），但在治疗第14天和第28天时评分经统计学比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。两组患者治疗后临床有效率经统计学比较有明显差异（Z=4．555，P〈0．01）且未发现有明显不适反应。结论活血化瘀法能够明显提高对慢性皲裂角化性湿疹的疗效，且不良反应小，值得临床推广使用。

The effect of activating blood circulation to remove the stasis in treating keratinizing chapped hand eczema

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of activating blood circulation to remove the stasis in treating keratinizing chapped hand eczema. Methods Patients were randomly divided into group A and group B. Patients in group A washed and soaked both hands using self-made traditional Chinese medicine twice a day at the same time, using mometasone furoate cream once a day and urea frost two to three times a day after washing hands. Patients in group B only used the mometasone furoate cream and urea frost. We observed the therapeutic effect on the 7th day, the 14th day and the 28th day, summarized the clinical effective rate on the 28th day after treating. Results The score of before treatment and treatment on the 7th day was no significant difference according to statistic analysis （P 〉 0. 05 ） between two groups. However, the score of treatment on the 14th day and the 28th day had statistically significant differences （ P 〈0.01 ）. The significant difference was shown statistically between two groups in the rate of effectiveness （Z =-4. 555, P 〈 0. 01 ）, and no obvious uncomfortable response was found. Conclusion The therapeutic effect can be improved markedly by using activating blood circulation to remove the stasis in treating keratinizing chapped hand eczema and with little sideeffects. So it is deserved being generalized for clinical use.
