摘    要:目的 研究丙燃腈对机体的脂质过氧化作用。方法 给雄性大鼠皮下注射丙烯腈,测定染毒38天和77天血及睾丸组织脂质过氧化指标;并对睾丸、附睾进行病理学检查。结果 染毒38天中、高剂量组大鼠血中谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量显著升高,各剂量组大鼠睾丸中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)显著下降且与染毒剂量呈高度负相关(r=-0.464,P〈0.01);染毒77天高剂量组大鼠务中GSH-Px显著下降,各剂量组血中

Abstract:Objective To study the lipid peroxidation effect of acrylonitrile(AN),subcutaneous injection of acrylonitrile was made in male rats.Methods The indices of lipid peroxidation in blood and testicles were determined in 38th day and 77th day after injection,and pathological examinations were also done in testicles and epididymides.Results In 38th day,glutathione(GSH)level in blood increased in higher dose groups and the glutathione peroxidase(GSHPx)activity in testicles decreased in every group and that negatively correlated with AN dose(r=-0464,P<001).In 77th day,GSHPx activity in blood decreased in high dose group and GSH level in blood decreased at all exposure groups and also was negatively correlated with AN dose(r=-0789,P<001).And GSHPx activity in testicles decreased in all exposed group.Pathological examination showed that fibrotic degeneration in spermatogonia and testicles convoluted tubules,decreased spermiogenesis,spermacrasia in epididymides.Conclusion Acrylonitrile could induce lipid peroxidation in test of rats.
