| 摘 要： | 目的：建立药用西林瓶细菌内毒素检查法。方法：用三个不同厂家生产的鲎试剂对药用西林瓶浸泡液进行干扰试验。结果：药用西林瓶浸泡液不干扰细菌内毒素试验。结论：药用西林瓶采用细菌内毒素法是可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish bacterial endotoxin test of vial.Methods:Do the inhibitory experiment test in the liquid that had soaked vial,using three Tachypleus Amebocyte lysates which from different producers.Results:the liquid that had soaked vial not influence the bacterial endotoxin test.Conclusion:the bacterial endototoxin test could be used to test bacterial endotoxin in vial. |
