| 摘 要： | 目的研究不同喂养方式对低出生体重儿生长发育方面的影响。方法随访分析57例低出生体重儿3岁内生长发育及患感染性疾病、血红蛋白、白蛋白的情况。结果3种喂养方式的低出生体重儿的生长速率及血红蛋白、白蛋白均存在显著差异，纯母乳喂养优于母乳喂养及人工喂养；低出生体重儿3岁内追赶性生长不足。结论大力宣传纯母乳喂养的优点，并进行技术指导、早期干预。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect on the development of the low birth weight babies with different feedings.Methods 57 low birth weight infants from birth to 3 years old were analyzed at random concerne their growth , infective disease , Hb and albumin.Results There are obvious differences in the growth velocity,Hb and albumin of three feedings among them.The pure breastfeeding were more beneficial to the growth development than the breastfeeding and artificial-feeding , and catch-up growth is absent.Conclusion Propagate greatly the benefit of the prue breastfeed,conduct technological guide and early intervention. |
