病案信息资源管理新模式

本文阐明病案是资料、是信息、还是资源，进而提出从现在起应在全国病案管理中逐步实施“病案信息资源管理新模式”的设想。要实施这一新模式，一是观念上要更新，二是模式上要改变。通过实施这一新模式，使卫生事业发展与社会主义市场经济发展相适应，在一定程度上也必将加速卫生事业的发展。

New Model for Information of Case-history and the Resourse Management

This paper clarified that wether case-history is a kind of material, information or resourse.Based on this expounding,an assume of "a new model for the management of case-history in formation resourses" was raised,which should be gradually carried out in the case-history management in China from now on. To carry on and to carry out this new model,in the first place one has to re form his concept and secondly the case-history management model should be altered. Through the realigation of this new model in practice it will correlate the development of health service to the development of the social marketting economics and to a great extent it will speed up the development of health service,too.
