| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子 (Vascularendothelialgrowthfactor,VEGF)在胰腺癌中表达的临床意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学染色法对 30例胰腺癌和 10例正常胰腺组织进行VEGF表达检测。结果 胰腺癌VEGF表达率为 73.3% ,明显高于癌旁组织 13.3%和正常胰腺组织 10 % (P <0 .0 1) ;VEGF表达与胰腺癌的淋巴结转移有关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、肿瘤分化无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 VEGF可作为胰腺癌转移与预后分析的指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical signification of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression in pancreatic cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the VEGF expression in 30 cases of pancreatic cancer and 10 normal pancreas tissue specimen. Results The expression of VEGF in pancreatic cancer was 73.3%, higher than that in pericancerous tissue 13.3% and in normal pancreatic tissue10% (P<0.01). The expression of VEGF in pancreatic cancer was related to the lymphatic metastasis (P<0.05). It had no relationship with patients'sex, age, tumor size and tumor differentiation (P>0.05). Conclusions VEGF may be used to evaluate the lymphatic metastasis and the prognosis of pancreatic cancer. |
