| Abstract: | Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong is a commonly used traditional Chinese herb in China and is widely used in clinical practice. With the deepening research on Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, its active ingredients and new product development have received wide attention and offer good prospects for application development. In this paper, we summarize and review its resource distribution, chemical composition and pharmacological effects, and predict and analyze the quality marker components of Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong through several aspects of chemical composition and component effectiveness, component measurability, blood component, expressed component in different combinations, and storage temperature according to the concept of quality marker (Q-marker) to provide a scientific basis and foundation for improving the quality evaluation criteria of Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong. |
