基于Delphi法的高原红细胞增多症中医证候研究＊

目的 初步确定高原红细胞增多症中医基本证型及辨证要点。方法 在文献研究与临床病例回顾性研究的基础上,采用Delphi法开展2轮专家咨询。结果 第1轮问卷克朗巴赫系数为0.951,Cr为0.859;第2轮问卷克朗巴赫系数为0.968,Cr为0.866。两轮专家对高原红细胞增多症气虚血瘀、气阴两虚、痰湿阻肺、气滞血瘀4个临床证型共53项指标的一致性检验,其中43项指标一致性良好（P > 0.05）,10项指标一致性较差（P < 0.05）。结论 初步获得高原红细胞增多症气虚血瘀、气阴两虚、气滞血瘀、痰湿阻肺、气血两虚5个基本证型及辨证要点。

Study on TCM Syndromes of High Altitude Polycythemia Based on Delphi Method

Objective To initially identify the basic TCM symptoms of High altitude polycythemia and the key points of differentiation.Methods Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted using the Delphi method based on literature studies and retrospective studies of clinical cases.Results The first round of Cronbach coefficient was 0.951, and Cr was 0.859; the second round of Cronbach coefficient was 0.968, and Cr was 0.866. In the first and second rounds of experts'' consistency test on 53 indexes of 4 clinical syndrome types of high altitude polycythemia: qi deficiency and blood stasis, qi and yin deficiency, phlegm-dampness obstructing the lung, and qi stagnation and blood stasis, of which 43 indexes are in good agreement (P > 0.05), and 10 indexes are poor in consistency (P < 0.05).Conclusion Five basic syndrome types of high altitude polycythemia are preliminarily obtained, including qi deficiency and blood stasis, qi and yin deficiency, qi stagnation and blood stasis, phlegm-dampness obstructing the lung, qi and blood deficiency.
