| 摘 要： | 大动脉炎（TA）是一种少见的特发性大动脉慢性炎症性疾病，常可累及肾动脉导致肾动脉狭窄（RAS）、闭塞，进而引起严重高血压及心肾功能衰竭，致残致死率高。TA所致RAS的诊断和治疗理念尚存争议，因此，本文主要就TA性RAS的诊断和治疗做一综述。

| Abstract: | Takayasu arteritis (TA) is a rare, idiopathic and chronic inflammatory vasculitis. The disease mainly involves renal artery, leading to stenosis and to occlusion of renal arteries, which result in severe hypertension, heart and/orrenal failure. The diagnosis and treatment of renal stenosis caused by Takayasu arteritis is still under debate. This article mainly reviews the advances of diagnosis and treatment in renal artery stenosis caused by Takayasu arteritis. |
