摘    要:TRH静脉注射(iv)后显著升高正常兔MAP、血浆NE和N,但10min后上述作用消失。而TRHiv后显著升高,失血性休克兔MAP及血浆E,但30min后血浆E与对照组无显著差别。而血浆NE与对照组无区别。结果提示:TRH在正常和失血性休克状态下升压的机理不全相同,有待进一步研究。

Abstract:hyrotropin - releasing hormone (TRH) increased mean arterial pressure (MAP) and plasma epinephrine and norepinephrine levels significantly in normal rabbits, but the effects would disappear 10 min later. TRH increased MAP and plasma epinephrinelevel significantly in rabbits contracted hemorrhagic shock. However, .there were no significant differences of MAP and epinephrine level between TRH-treated and control group 30min later. Plasma norepinephrine level was same in both groups. These results showed TRH played different roles in increasing MAP between shock and control rabbits.
