屈光不正儿童阿托品散瞳前后眼压值的观察

目的研究阿托品滴眼液对屈光不正儿童眼压值的影响。方法观察2013年7月-2014年2月就诊于中国中医科学院眼科医院患者95人（179只眼）,年龄4-12岁,使用阿托品滴眼液前、后的眼压值的情况及与屈光度的关系。结果 （1）远视眼使用阿托品滴眼液后眼压值（15.457±3.546）mmHg高于用药前的（13.685±2.911）mmHg,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;（2）近视眼使用阿托品滴眼液前或后其眼压值无变化（P〉0.05）;（3）近视眼散瞳前和散瞳后眼压值均高于远视眼散瞳前和散瞳后眼压值（P〈0.05）;（4）远视眼和近视眼左、右眼散瞳前或散瞳后眼压值无变化（P〉0.05）。结论阿托品滴眼液对远视眼儿童眼压值有升高影响,对近视眼儿童眼压值无影响。

Observation of atropine application on IOP of ametropia children

OBJECTIVE To study the changes of IOP values by atropine eye drops for ametropia children.METHODS IOP was measured in 95 children（179 eyes） ranged from 4 to 12 years old in the optical out-patient.Using atropine eye drops before and after each IOP measurement. RESULTS（1）The IOP value of hyperopia children after using atropine eye drops was higher than before;（2）The IOP value of myopia children was not changed before and after atropine eye drops usage;（3）IOP values of myopic eyes were higher than the hyperopic before and after mydriatic usage;（4）There were no changes in left and right eyes of myopia and hyperopia before and after treatment. CONCLUSIONS Atropine eye drops had elevated the IOP of hyperopia children, no effect on myopia children.
