血糖、血压与缺血性视神经病变相关性的研究进展

缺血性视神经病变是眼科常见的视神经病变之一,临床中以非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变最常见,其危险因素多样、发病机制复杂,与眼局部和全身多种因素有关。其中血糖波动、血压波动、睫状后短动脉灌注压改变、糖尿病性视网膜病变等都与缺血性视神经病变的发生、发展关系密切,本文对近年来与此有关的研究进展进行了综述。

Recent advances on blood glucose and blood pressure associated ischemic optic neuropathy

Ischemic optic neuropathy is one of the common optic neuropathy of ophthalmology. In clinical, non-arteritic ischemic optic neuropathy is the most common type with visual risk factors and complex mechanisms related with local factors of eye and systemic diseases. Among them, fluctuation of blood glucose ,blood pressure, perfusion pressure change of short posterior ciliary artery and diabetic retinopathy are related to the attack and development of ischemic optic neuropathy. Integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of the disease is better. The recent advances of blood glucose,blood pressure associated ischemic optic neuropathy were reviewed briefly.
