京西社区青光眼宣教及筛查的初步探讨

目的通过对北京西部社区居民青光眼知识宣教及筛查结果的分析,探讨社区宣教的意义及青光眼筛查的有效方法。方法 2010年3月至2011年6月对中国中医科学院眼科医院、北京市门头沟区中医院、延庆县中医院周围部分社区40岁以上居民进行青光眼知识演讲宣教、发放手册,对其中13 016位居民进行视力、眼压、裂隙灯、眼底、倍频视野检查,对阳性者进行青光眼全面检查。结果发现原发性青光眼患者246例,患病率为1.890%,其中原发性开角型青光眼（POAG）136例,患病率1.045%;原发性闭角型青光眼（PACG）110例,患病率为0.845%;可疑患者32例。随着年龄的增长,PACG和POAG患病率有增高趋势（PACG：Z=3.917 1,P〈0.000 1;POAG：Z=3.068 9,P=0.002 1）。结论对社区进行青光眼知识宣教有助于提高筛查阳性率,Van Herick法测量前房深度、倍频视野与小瞳眼底照相相结合是青光眼筛查的有效方法。

Primary discussion for education and screening on glaucoma in the western community in Beijing

OBJECTIVE Through analysing the propaganda and education and screening results of glaucoma patients in the western community in Beijing, to discussed the significance of education and effective way of screen ing in community. METHODS Gave speech and publicity, handed out brochures, gave ocular examinations to 13 016 residents above 40 years old living around Eye Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, Beijing mentougou hospital of TCM, Yanqing hospital of TCM from March 2010 to June 2011. RESULTS Found 246 glau- coma patients, the prevalence was 1.890%; 136 of them were primary open angle glaucoma, the prevalence was 1.045%; 110 of them were primary angle closure glaucoma, the prevalence was 0.845%. Patients with suspected were 32. CONCLUSIONS The education and screening on glaucoma in community was necessary and feasible, and it had far-reaching significance for blindness prevention cause.
