| 摘 要： | [目的 ]预防骨髓移植病人发生感染 ,提高移植成功率。 [方法 ]针对白血病病人骨髓移植的不同阶段 ,采取一系列的消毒隔离措施 ,对层流病房进行全环境保护。 [结果 ] 2 0例移植病人均未发生感染 ,并获移植成功。 [结论 ]加强消毒隔离 ,预防感染 ,是骨髓移植护理的关键

| Abstract: | Objective: to prevent infection of patients undergoing bone marrow transplantation, to promote their transplantation success rate. Method: a series of disinfection and isolation measures were adopt in different stages of bone marrow transplantation of leukemia patients. And whole environment of the wards of them were protected. Result: a total 20 cases of bone marrow transplantation, none of them got infection. All of them were successfully transplanted. Conclusion: to consolidate disinfection and isolation and to prevent infection are key points of nursing care for patients accepted bone marrow transplantation. |
